By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that slight imperfections are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the artisanal nature of our products.

All prices listed on our website are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, but serves as an acknowledgment that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payments must be completed through the secure methods we provide at checkout. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be clearly communicated during the checkout process. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Because our products are handmade and fragile, we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives broken or significantly different from what was described. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
