Advance Payment Policy

Orders above RS. 5000/- require a 50% advance payment to confirm the order.

Orders below RS. 5000/- may require a RS. 500 advance to confirm the order.

Advance payment is refundable within 24 hours of payment.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of making the advance payment.

Full Payment Option

You may also choose to make the full payment online at the time of order placement.

Please note that full payment must be completed before dispatch, as we are required to mention RS. 0/- on the shipping label.

The advance payment ensures order commitment due to the fragile nature of our products and helps prevent unnecessary cancellations or returns.
